This portal supports public-service follow-up, guidance, referrals, appointments, communication, support/referral letter requests, and public updates from the MP Constituency Office.
Jurisdiction boundary
The portal does not replace Ward Offices, Palikas, DAO, courts, ministries, or responsible agencies. Those offices make their own legal, service, permit, certificate, and decision records.
Citizen responsibilities
Citizens should provide accurate information, keep their contact details current, and avoid submitting another person's private documents without proper permission.
Acceptable use
Use the portal to request help, submit concerns, ask for appointments, read public updates, and contact the office in a respectful and lawful way.
Prohibited uploads and content
Do not upload false information, threats, abusive content, irrelevant private documents, malware, or material that violates another person's rights.
No emergency service
This portal is not an emergency service. For urgent safety, health, fire, police, or disaster matters, contact the responsible emergency authority directly.
No guarantee of agency decision
The office may guide, refer, coordinate, follow up, and communicate. It cannot guarantee a decision, approval, payment, permit, certificate, or outcome from another agency.
Accuracy of public information
The office aims to keep public information current, but notices, records, and service details may change. Contact the office or responsible agency before relying on time-sensitive information.
Availability and technical limits
This public version is being prepared for launch. Some features may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to further office review.
